As you get ready to begin a new year, consider making personal wellness a priority!
Once again, Roanoke County Schools in conjunction with LifeWise Fitness will be offering wellness related programs from January through June. These programs, sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross–Blue Shield, will be available at no cost to all Roanoke County Public School employees.
Programs this year will include monthly health seminars and cooking classes offered at four different locations. In addition, there will be weekly fitness classes available at LifeWise Pavilion (4633 Brambleton Ave) and at Glen Cove Elementary.
Recertification Points: Participants may receive 5-10 recertification points for attending a minimum of four seminars and/or cooking classes.

All classes/seminars are taught by a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Exercise Physiologist
who are uniquely qualified and educated to assist in improving total body health.
