Fitness Classes

The fitness phase of this year’s wellness program takes a more active approach. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in group fitness programs lead by LifeWise coaches. The fitness phase begins with an initial assessment to determine current fitness levels. The assessment process will be conducted initially, midway through the program and at the conclusion of the program.
The group classes are designed to add fun to your workout. Each class will be approximately 45 minutes. LifeWise coaches will lead participants of all ability levels through a variety of fitness activities. Programs will include basic conditioning (include aerobic, resistance and flexibility conditioning which address all aspects of physical conditioning), and yoga (flexibility conditioning as well as providing resistance/strength conditioning) classes.
We understand that the fitness classes may be new and different, but we encourage all employees to sample each of the different programs. We acknowledge that there will be employees of varied physical abilities and our coaches and instructors are trained to accommodate all different fitness levels.
So, please come sample all of the classes, be patient with yourself and with time everyone will recognize the benefits of all the fitness classes.
